16A- What's your secret sauce?
Five Ways in Which I think I have Human Capital:
- Leadership- Since Freshman year in high school, I was captain for the varsity basketball and soccer teams. Sports, in general, have taught me so much about leadership. I know how to light a fire within people, get people to collaborate, and encourage people towards achieving an eminent goal.
- Passion- My passion, while one of my better qualities, can also be one of my worst. I become so invested in what I am doing, that I will not settle for anything less than perfection.
- Loyal- I am the type of person who has my friends back no matter the situation. I am very quick to help a friend, stand up for what I believe in, and get angry at myself if I miss an opportunity to do so.
- Unexpected- On the outside, I am a 5 foot, blonde hair, blue eyed girl from New York. However, I am a completely different animal when it comes to business, competition, and anything of the sorts. I am super competitive, athletic, and like to think intellectual. A lot of people don't expect that from my persona.
- Mature- I always make sure opportunities are fair, people are being treated correctly, and that my character is reflective of who I am and how I want to be known.

Reflection:
I think my view of myself is pretty similar to those who know me best. However, I think I should have interviewed more of my family, in that they would admit my strengths and weaknesses more honestly than my friends. What seems undeniable is my passion and how badly I want to succeed in whatever I am doing. My time management was mentioned, although that is something I think I can work on. All in all, I'm pretty much an open book. My strengths and weaknesses are obvious once you know me!
Hi Sarah! I absolutely loved these interviews! I really enjoyed watching them. It was so interesting to hear about what you thought of yourself and what others thought of you. I definitely think that family members are more likely to give you an honest opinion about yourself but very close friends will do the same. They've seen you at your worst so are able to vouch what you are good and bad at!
